We aim to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, images are for illustrative purposes only, and actual packaging or artwork may vary.

For sealed Trading Card Game (TCG) products, we cannot guarantee the contents of booster packs, boxes, tins, or other sealed products. All cards are randomly distributed by the manufacturer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be dispatched as soon as reasonably possible after payment has cleared.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order has been dispatched.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Sealed Trading Card Game (TCG) booster packs and other randomised TCG products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described, in accordance with your statutory rights.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate.

Where applicable under UK consumer law, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
